A company is looking for a Bilingual Verifications Specialist to support pre-employment screening processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle verifications for high-profile clients and verify candidate details
• Communicate with third parties to confirm candidate-provided information
• Write detailed reports and perform quality checks to meet client standards

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• At least 1+ year(s) of work experience in a call center or similar environment
• Typing speed of at least 20 words per minute (WPM) with 90% accuracy
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite, especially Excel
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
