Supporting a popular video game franchise, the part-time Bilingual Video Game Support Specialist will provide email support via Zendesk, focusing on account troubleshooting and general inquiries while ensuring high-quality customer interactions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Handle account and platform level tickets, providing troubleshooting and information on promotional opportunities
  • Maintain productivity and quality standards by responding to a high volume of player inquiries
  • Tag Zendesk tickets accurately for reporting and escalate issues when necessary
Required qualifications:
  • Experience in customer support within a technology, e-commerce, or gaming company
  • Previous email or online customer support experience, excluding call center work
  • Familiarity with online ticketing systems, specifically Zendesk
  • Strong writing skills that are customer-friendly and grammatically correct
  • Bilingual proficiency in Japanese
