Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Vietnamese and Spanish Licensed Health Insurance Agent to work from home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and make outbound calls to assist Medicare-eligible individuals with questions and enrollment
• Educate members and potential members on plan benefits and details
• Meet sales quota, quality, attendance, and licensure requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in both Vietnamese and Spanish
• Valid Health Producer License
• Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Windows and keyboarding
• Experience with telephone, email, and chat support channels
• High school diploma or equivalent
