Bilingual Vietnamese Onboarding Consultant

Job Summary

As a full-time Bilingual Vietnamese Onboarding Consultant, the successful candidate will manage customer relationships during the onboarding phase, leveraging product knowledge to ensure high-quality implementation experiences for restaurant clients in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with restaurant owners during the Go-Live phase to create effective onboarding plans and ensure successful implementation of the Toast product
• Conduct remote site assessments to identify client networking needs and document the installation of the Toast POS system
• Lead training sessions for restaurant staff on utilizing the Toast product to enhance operational efficiencies and improve guest experiences

Required qualifications

• Bilingual/Fluent in Vietnamese and English
• Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
• 3+ years in a customer satisfaction and business operations role, such as a Restaurant General Manager
• Proven ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding performance goals
