Key responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and achieve required metrics for patient satisfaction
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to connect with clients and recommend suitable medical aesthetic services
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the patient's journey
Required qualifications
- 5 years of consultative sales experience, preferably in medical aesthetics or high-end luxury services
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience using a CRM tool
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work Pacific Time business hours and weekends as required
