Bilingual Virtual Assistant Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a growing firm, the full-time Bilingual Virtual Assistant Recruiter will lead full-cycle hiring across various roles, focusing on sourcing and evaluating candidates while working remotely during evening hours and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for attorneys, legal staff, operations, corporate teams, and Virtual Assistants
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies and manage multiple candidate pipelines
• Track and manage recruiting metrics to drive performance and ensure a seamless candidate experience

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in legal or professional services
• Experience with SmartRecruiters Applicant Tracking System is preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
• Strong sourcing skills with a proven ability to build candidate pipelines
• Availability to work evenings until at least 10:00 PM EST and weekends
