Bilingual Virtual Registered Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual (English/Bengali) Virtual Registered Nurse - Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients and families in understanding healthcare instructions and ensure care plans are executed
• Provide mental health support through coaching and counseling, including crisis intervention
• Consolidate health records and empower patients in their care decisions while collaborating with team members

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse in good standing with a current BLS Certificate
• 2-5 years of acute care nursing experience, including 2 years in mental health clinical experience
• Experience with the elderly population and individuals with complex needs is desirable
• Fluency in English and Bengali, both verbal and written
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends
