Job Summary

A company is looking for a Warranty Solutions-Bilingual representative to support customers in the Home Warranty service sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers and partners to provide assistance and education regarding home warranty services
• Handle service requests, verify customer eligibility, and dispatch contractors as needed
• Process plan payments and maintain accurate records while ensuring exceptional customer service

Required Qualifications:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred
• Prior experience in claims processing is a plus
• Basic knowledge of Windows, MS Office Suite, and Internet
