A company is looking for a Welcome Call Specialist - Bilingual (Spanish).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct warm welcome calls to newly enrolled clients, explaining program details and benefits
• Make outbound calls to clients to complete the welcome process and ensure understanding of the program
• Document all client interactions and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the client experience

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 1+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a client-facing role, preferably in financial services
• Experience in conducting phone-based client support or sales calls is highly preferred
