Bilingual Wellness Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Wellness Services Representative (Remote in AZ or ID).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls for health and wellness incentive programs
• Summarize notes for each call in accordance with quality assurance procedures
• Register members to wellness programs and assist them with navigating wellness portals

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment
• Bilingual fluency in English/Spanish is required
• Ability to work with various software programs and interfaces
• Must be comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace are required
