Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Summarize call notes accurately and register members to wellness programs
  • Assist members with navigating wellness portals and maintain punctuality for call coverage
Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required
  • Ability to work with various software programs and interfaces
  • Must comply with HIPAA laws and quality assurance regulations
  • Excellent attendance record and punctuality
