Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Summarize call notes accurately and register members to wellness programs
Assist members with navigating wellness portals and maintain punctuality for call coverage

Required Qualifications

At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required
Ability to work with various software programs and interfaces
Must comply with HIPAA laws and quality assurance regulations
Excellent attendance record and punctuality
