Job Summary

Bilingual Wellness Services Representative is a full-time, fully remote position responsible for providing customer service to health and wellness program participants through inbound and outbound calls, managing software interfaces, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls for health and wellness incentive programs
• Register members to wellness programs and assist with navigating wellness portals
• Maintain punctuality and attendance to ensure complete call queue coverage

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of continuous customer service experience in a call center environment
• Bilingual fluency in English/Spanish is required
• Ability to work with different software programs and interfaces
• Excellent attendance record and punctuality
• High-speed internet connection and a quiet, HIPAA-compliant workspace are required
