Bilingual Wellness Services Representative

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time, fully remote Bilingual Wellness Services Representative, who will manage inbound and outbound calls for health and wellness incentive programs, summarize call notes according to quality assurance procedures, and assist members with navigating wellness portals while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls for health and wellness incentive programs
• Summarize call notes accurately in accordance with quality assurance procedures
• Register members for wellness programs and assist with navigating wellness portals

Required qualifications

• At least 1 year of continuous customer service experience in a call center environment
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required
• Ability to work with various software programs, including call center applications and Microsoft Office
• Excellent attendance record and punctuality
• Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls
