Bilingual Wellness Services Representative

Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time remote Bilingual Wellness Services Representative will assist members with health and wellness programs through inbound and outbound calls in both English and Spanish while managing multiple software interfaces and maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls for health and wellness incentive programs
• Register members to wellness programs and assist with navigating wellness portals
• Summarize call notes accurately and ensure compliance with quality assurance procedures

Required qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment
• Ability to type at least 40 WPM
• Experience working with various software programs and interfaces
• Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 mbps) and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
