Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Worker's Compensation Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and analyze the injured worker's medical, behavioral, and vocational status
• Develop and implement Care Coordination plans to achieve maximum functional improvement
• Engage with patients, providers, and stakeholders to manage care and facilitate referrals

Required Qualifications

• Current, active, and unrestricted Nursing License (RN or LPN)
• 1-2 years of preferred Workers' Compensation and Case Management experience
• Certified Case Manager (CCM) designation preferred
• Bilingual ability (English and Spanish) required
• Availability to work 11:30am-8:00pm EST
