Bilingual Workers' Compensation RN

Job Summary

To ensure patients receive appropriate and quality care, the remote Bilingual Workers' Compensation Care Coordinator will assess patient needs, develop Care Coordination Plans, and engage with various stakeholders while working part-time hours from 11:30 am to 8:00 pm EST.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and analyze the injured worker's medical, behavioral, and vocational status using a patient-centered approach
• Develop and implement Care Coordination Plans to facilitate maximum functional improvement for patients
• Engage with patients, providers, and support systems to manage patient progress and coordinate care effectively

Required qualifications

• Current, active, and unrestricted Nursing License (RN or LPN)
• 1-2 years of preferred experience in Workers' Compensation and Case Management
• Certified Case Manager (CCM) designation preferred
• Bilingual ability in English and Spanish is required
• Availability to work from 11:30 am to 8:00 pm EST
