• Manage onboarding of new contractors and validate required legal documentation
• Track and manage contractor assignments, ensuring compliance and data integrity
• Provide ongoing contractor care and maintain organized records for each account

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and French (verbal and written) - required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Prior experience in staffing, workforce solutions, or HR operations
• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems - required
• Experience working within Vendor Management Systems (VMS) - required
