Bill Review Process Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Bill Review Process Analyst, this role will analyze operational processes to enhance performance metrics such as productivity, reliability, quality, and efficiency while collaborating with internal teams and managing process improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and resolve data issues for clients and vendors while providing system testing and support for data reporting processes
• Coordinate internal audits with the Clinical Bill Review team and collaborate with leaders to implement process changes
• Lead process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and cost savings, analyzing current processes to recommend enhancements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience in project management and change management environments
• Strong knowledge of process assessment and optimization techniques
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Highly preferred: experience in claims processing systems, particularly in the Workers Compensation industry
