Biller II

Job Summary

Supporting a complex hospital client environment, the fully remote Biller II will manage billing data and medical claims submissions, resolve billing rejections, and collaborate with client teams to ensure financial success in healthcare organizations.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit billing data and medical claims to insurance companies following mandated guidelines
• Investigate and resolve claim edits, errors, and denials to ensure proper hospital claim submission and payment
• Achieve maximum reimbursement for services provided while complying with productivity and quality standards

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience as a Medical Biller or in a similar role
• Experience with MedHost and Experian systems preferred
• Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT/HCPCS codes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and virtual meeting platforms
