Job Summary

Coordinating the scheduling of HVI procedure center suites, the full-time Biller Scheduler - Illinois will manage data entry, verify and confirm schedules, and ensure accurate billing for procedure-related items in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinates scheduling of procedure labs, bedside procedures, and biopsies with providers and ancillary services
• Enters and updates data, monitoring and confirming case schedules while validating supplies used from patient records
• Adjusts procedure center schedules and communicates any changes to provider offices as necessary

Required qualifications

• Experience in healthcare scheduling and billing processes
• Proficiency in EPIC and inventory management systems
• Ability to manage administrative tasks for medical directors
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple schedules and procedures
• Experience with prior authorization processes and communication with medical insurance
