Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Account Manager who will manage revenue cycle operations for ABA provider customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring strong relationships and proactive communication
• Oversee the billing process, including claims submission, accounts receivable management, and denial resolution
• Monitor performance metrics, lead customer review meetings, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, ABA billing, or Behavioral Health
• Knowledge of healthcare claims, payer guidelines, and denial management
• Experience managing multiple provider accounts or billing groups simultaneously
• Proficiency with practice management, clearinghouse, and EHR systems
• Previous experience in a remote role with time management accountability
