Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Account Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Process billing, adjustments, and verifications, and reconcile payments
• Manage service requests and confer with agents and customers regarding inquiries
• Maintain records of customer interactions and assist with departmental training

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in Customer Support
• Experience in accounting or bookkeeping is required
• Experience in the insurance industry or call center environment is preferred
• Associate's degree in Business or related field of study is required
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
