Job Summary
Providing specialized case management and advocacy, the full-time Billing Advocate will manage a member caseload remotely, assisting with balance bill issues and coordinating timely issue resolution while promoting a positive member experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage assigned member caseload through a high-touch advocacy model, focusing on enhancing the member experience
- Coordinate internal and external issue resolution, acting as the primary point of contact for member inquiries and concerns
- Facilitate communication among members, clients, and legal representatives while maintaining accurate documentation throughout the process
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in client-focused solutions, preferably in billing, insurance, healthcare, or legal environments
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
