Billing Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Analyst to support accurate revenue operations and accounts receivable workflows.

Key Responsibilities of the Billing Analyst:

• Support daily cash application activities, ensuring accuracy in postings
• Oversee collection workflows by monitoring outstanding balances and resolving issues
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and reporting

Qualifications and Skills for the Billing Analyst:

• A degree in business or a related field is preferred; equivalent hands-on experience is welcome
• At least 2 years of experience in billing, cash application, or accounts receivable
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with Lawson or similar billing systems is beneficial
• Strong analytical abilities and the ability to prioritize deadlines
