Billing Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly invoices according to company guidelines
• Analyze unbilled receivables and resolve customer inquiries regarding billing status
• Communicate with internal customers to resolve billing discrepancies and collection issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience, or a Graduate Degree with 0 to 2 years of experience, or 6 years of related experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience in processing project type invoices (T&M, FFP, CP)
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
• Experience with Commercial/Government Contracts and related financial regulations
• Familiarity with payment systems like WAWF, ExoStar, IPP, MPO, ViaSat, or PLSC
