Billing Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Compile, validate, and support financial data for accuracy in financial systems and maintain comprehensive Excel spreadsheets for reconciliation
• Establish and maintain relationships with Points of Contact at account and vendor levels, troubleshooting discrepancies in admin rates and payments
• Monitor and track manual billing data, provide progress reports, and support external audit requests as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a math-related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• 2 years of experience in an accounting, business, or finance role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to meet established deadlines and manage multiple customer service demands
• Experience with data entry and knowledge of spreadsheets and relevant software
