Billing Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Billing Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly invoices according to company guidelines and ensure compliance with deliverable deadlines
• Analyze unbilled receivables monthly and resolve inquiries regarding billing status
• Communicate with internal customers to resolve billing discrepancies and collection issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in finance or related field
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
• Familiarity or experience with payment systems (WAWF, ExoStar, IPP, MPO)
• Familiarity or experience with Commercial/Government Contracts and Defense Finance and Accounting Service
• Must be organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
