Billing Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Analyst to manage daily billing operations across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely rating of usage and generation of invoices
• Administer utility files, direct bills, and conduct quality assurance checks on invoices
• Identify data process gaps and provide support for billing inquiries and issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2 years' experience in transaction processing operations or a related environment
• Proficiency in MS Office programs
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software programs
• Experience with full ownership of end-to-end processes
