Billing Analyst

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily billing tasks and reconcile billing entries for customers
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes promptly
• Collect and analyze billing data to produce reports and support process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in corporate billing and receivables
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with operational billing systems
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience with CRM and billing platforms preferred
