Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Analyst to support global billing operations and ensure accurate invoicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily billing operations with timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and receipts
• Manage invoice uploads to client portals and maintain global supplier and customer portals
• Collaborate with commercial teams to confirm client billing requirements and resolve inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel; familiarity with Dynamics 365 and NetSuite is a plus
• Knowledge of legal billing practices and terminology is highly desirable
• Demonstrated work ethic, integrity, and commitment to meeting deadlines
• Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure
• Collaborative team player with strong organizational skills
