Billing Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the invoicing process for over 1,000 customers, addressing discrepancies and customer inquiries
• Reconcile and record incoming payments, tracking issues related to customer payments and credit cards
• Oversee the collections process, negotiate payment arrangements, and assist with contract renewals and month-end close activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
• Minimum 2 years of related accounting experience
• Experience in accounts receivable and customer billing
• Experience with billing for a SaaS company strongly preferred
• Familiarity with accounting systems and prior use of Salesforce.com
