Billing Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Analyst who manages financial transactions, billing operations, and reconciliation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and process billing-related transactions including premium receipts, adjustments, invoicing, deductions, reversals, and delinquency activity
• Prepare and generate monthly billing statements while ensuring accuracy and proper fee disclosure
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies, supporting reconciliation efforts and financial adjustments as needed

Required Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of accounting, finance, or complex financial operations experience
• Associate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Intermediate proficiency with Excel, Word, and business systems used for billing or financial operations
• Customer service experience and the ability to communicate financial information clearly to internal and external stakeholders
