Billing Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain admin rates and prepare invoices to ensure revenue generation
• Compile and validate financial data for accuracy in financial systems and conduct audits of vendor payments
• Troubleshoot system issues and conduct user acceptance testing for vendor change requests

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting, business, or finance role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Experience with data entry and financial reconciliation
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple customer service demands
