Billing Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Compile, validate, and support financial data for accuracy in financial statements and maintain comprehensive Excel spreadsheets
• Establish and maintain relationships with Points of Contact at account and vendor levels, troubleshooting discrepancies and ensuring clear communication of rates/payments
• Monitor manual billing data, provide progress reports, and support external audit requests as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• 2 years of experience in an accounting, business, or finance role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Data entry skills with a strong numerical aptitude
• Ability to meet established deadlines and manage multiple customer service demands
