Billing Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Analyst who will manage billing and outstanding WIP balances for assigned clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage WIP balances and prepare billing recommendations for assigned Partner/Director
• Finalize billing and create invoices within 48 hours of billing meetings
• Process approved write-offs, downs, and credits for previously billed invoices

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of accounting or financial analysis experience
• Associate degree in accounting or finance is a plus
• Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal direction
• Intermediate level or higher Microsoft Excel experience
• Established technology skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
