Billing Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Billing Analyst will compile, validate, and analyze data to prepare accurate customer invoices, schedules, reconciliations, and journal entries, ensuring timely cash flow and revenue recognition.

Key responsibilities

• Process and validate monthly invoices for assigned lines of business by compiling and reconciling billing data from multiple sources
• Collaborate with relationship managers, finance, and IT to ensure accurate billing and resolve variances
• Prepare close schedules, journal entries, and account reconciliations to ensure compliance with SOX controls

Required qualifications

• Two years of Accounts Receivable Billing experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with Netsuite
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office and Windows 10
• Prior exposure to SOX controls and ability to respond to external auditor inquiries
