Job Summary

Detail-oriented and analytical, the remote Billing Analyst will process and reconcile billing transactions, resolve client inquiries, and prepare billing documentation while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process and reconcile various billing and financial transactions, including invoicing and payment discrepancies
• Research and resolve billing inquiries from clients and internal stakeholders by analyzing account activity
• Monitor billing operations for accuracy and support continuous improvement initiatives related to billing workflows

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in accounting, billing, or financial operations
• Foundational accounting knowledge, including understanding of debits, credits, and reconciliations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage large volumes of information
• Advanced communication and customer service skills for handling inquiries professionally
• Technical proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business systems, with a quick learning ability for new platforms
