Billing Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Billing Analyst will monitor and process various financial transactions, coordinate billing operations, and ensure accurate premium processing and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, process, and document transactions related to billing, adjustments, and invoicing
• Coordinate with various business areas to ensure accurate premium processing and fee disclosure
• Audit billing information for accuracy and develop solutions for billing issues while supporting reconciliations

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of accounting or complex financial experience
• Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Intermediate knowledge of systems such as Group Access, GroupFacts, and Lawson
• Proficiency in Excel and Word
• 2-3 years of customer service experience
