Billing Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Billing Team in a dynamic and collaborative remote environment, the full-time Billing Analyst will prepare and process customer invoices, analyze unbilled reports, and resolve billing issues while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Analyze unbilled reports and drive resolution for any discrepancies
• Collaborate with various departments to resolve billing issues and prepare reconciliations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma with 3 years of relevant work experience
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced virtual environment
• Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work
