Billing Analyst

Job Summary

Managing the billing process for assigned accounts, the full-time remote Billing Analyst will extract and validate billing data, prepare and submit invoices in NetSuite, and maintain organized billing records while ensuring compliance with established procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Extract and validate monthly billing data from the Zum portal for assigned accounts
• Prepare and submit invoices using validated billing data, ensuring accuracy before approval
• Maintain organized billing records and escalate recurring data quality issues to leadership

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in dispatch, school operations, transportation coordination, or billing support in a transportation or logistics environment
• Ability to interpret route and ridership data accurately
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple accounts
• Proficiency in spreadsheet applications and data management tools
• Foundational familiarity with an ERP or billing platform, with comfort in structured data entry
