Billing Analyst
Job Summary
Working fully remote, the Billing Analyst will perform specialized employee benefits billing preparation and analysis, validate billing data, and produce reports to support clients and business partners.
Key responsibilities
- Perform specialized billing preparation and analysis for employee benefits while ensuring compliance with insurance carriers
- Collaborate with business partners to document billing requirements and validate data for accuracy
- Generate reports for invoice reconciliation and provide support related to invoices and reporting
Required qualifications
- BA/BS in Accounting/Finance, Computer Science, Data Analysis, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance, finance, billing, data analysis, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SQL Server queries or Microsoft Access
- Experience with Benefit Enrollment Systems, HRIS, and Payroll Systems
- Knowledge of employee benefits and billing processes is a plus
