Billing Analyst
Job Summary
Managing the day-to-day invoicing activities for an assigned client portfolio, the full-time Client Finance Billing Analyst will ensure the accuracy and integrity of billing data related to client relocation programs while responding to queries and facilitating resolutions for billing challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and manage invoicing to clients, including reconciliation and documentation of billing discrepancies
- Respond to and resolve billing-related queries from clients and internal teams in a timely manner
- Participate in projects related to billing and support urgent payment requests as directed by leadership
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Financial/Accounting knowledge preferred
- Intermediate level of Excel skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
