Billing Analyst

Job Summary

Managing vendor setups and invoice processing, the full-time Billing Analyst will work remotely with the Billing Central team, ensuring compliance with billing standards and serving as the primary contact for vendors and cross-functional departments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage new vendor setups and create purchase orders
• Research and resolve invoice and payment issues while enforcing billing requirements
• Lead process improvement initiatives to simplify and centralize the billing process

Required qualifications

• Knowledge of financial controls and procedures
• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ years of Accounts Payable (AP) experience
