Billing Analyst I

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Analyst I who will manage billing and collections, handle customer inquiries, and assist with special projects.

Responsibilities:

• Handle Recruit & Hub project closures
• Prepare and send invoices to customers; manage void and credit note requests
• Review, research, and resolve customer billing queries in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years of experience in a Billing (or similar) role within a fast-paced environment
• Totally comfortable in G Suite and basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Must be comfortable working in multiple systems and navigating customer vendor portals
• Ability to prioritize tasks with some direction from their manager
