Billing Analyst II

Job Summary

To support billing operations, the full-time hybrid Billing Analyst II will conduct data analysis, ensure data integrity in billing systems, and prepare invoices and credit memos for clients in Philadelphia.

Key responsibilities

• Conducts advanced data analysis, validation, and reporting to ensure accurate invoicing
• Identifies and implements process improvements within existing billing platforms
• Prepares invoices and credit memorandums, ensuring all services are properly documented

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of billing or financial operations experience in the retirement industry
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, and Outlook
• Proficiency in financial systems and data entry
• Strong understanding of billing principles and accounting practices
