Billing Analyst II

Job Summary

Executing and supporting the end-to-end monthly billing process, the fully remote Billing Analyst II will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness across billing cycles while collaborating with various operations teams to maintain data quality and resolve issues.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned components of monthly billing cycles, including tracking requests and preparing for bill runs
• Investigate and resolve complex billing issues by analyzing data and coordinating with stakeholders
• Perform detailed data validation and quality control checks, ensuring accurate billing results

Required qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in billing operations, finance operations, or a related analytical role
• Experience with systems such as Salesforce, Zuora, or similar platforms preferred
• Advanced Excel skills, including working with large datasets and data validation
• Demonstrated ability to identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to scalable solutions
• Experience in the energy, utility, or renewable energy industry is preferred
