Billing and Accounts Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing & Accounts Specialist to manage financial workflows and customer billing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full customer billing lifecycle in Stripe, including setup and invoice delivery
• Oversee AR collections in InvoiceButler, managing outreach and follow-ups for outstanding balances
• Handle end-to-end AP processes in Airbase, including bill intake, approval routing, and vendor onboarding

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing customer billing end-to-end in Stripe or a similar platform
• Proven ability to run AR collections independently with measurable outcomes
• Experience processing high-volume AP in platforms like Airbase or Bill.com
• Strong background in GL coding accuracy and bank account reconciliation
• Professional English proficiency and based in Latin America
