Billing and Coding Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing and Coding Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate billing codes and partner with Revenue Cycle Management on billing processes
• Develop training materials and SOPs related to coding for clinical and RCM teams
• Ensure compliance with regulations and stay informed about changes in healthcare legislation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in medical coding and provider practice operations
• Experience with various payer types (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial, managed care)
• In-depth knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
• Expertise in ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS Level II coding
