Billing and Collection Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing & Collection Analyst to manage accounts receivable and analyze financial data.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate accurate invoices and create collection KPI metrics
• Manage billing tasks, monitor accounts receivable balances, and initiate collections on overdue accounts
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve billing inquiries and disputes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or equivalent work experience of 5 to 7 years
• 4 years of prior experience in billing and collections or related financial roles
• Minimum of 3 years of experience communicating with stakeholders regarding billing matters
• Proficiency in Excel, including filtering, sorting, and using formulas
• Knowledge of billing and collections processes and accounting principles
