Billing and Collection Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing & Collection Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately generate and process invoices manually and through system tools
• Collaborate with clients to resolve billing issues and respond to inquiries
• Review accounts for delinquencies and initiate appropriate collection actions

Required Qualifications

• Proven ability to work effectively in a remote work setting
• At least 2 years of billing, collections, and/or accounts receivable experience
• High school diploma or equivalent; accounting certification or degree a plus
• Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
• Ability to learn new systems quickly; exposure to Workday or similar a plus
